The world is experiencing extreme challenges, facing the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic. It affects all of us, one way or another, as we live through fear and uncertainty as well as friends and family getting sick.
We must all take responsibility in washing our hands, staying at home if we have the slightest signs of a cold and practice social distancing to save the people at risk.
As a company, so far, Predicare remains financially stable and we keep growing. Our organisation is not yet affected, business- or customerwise, by the pandemic. We are prouder than ever to provide a product which saves lives and that is actually part of the solution in the current situation, providing faster and more accurate triage of patients in emergency care.
For the privilege of being a stable company right now, we are extremely thankful and humbled and try to help out people and organisations struggling as much as we possibly can.

My job is challenging and rewarding, I feel lucky that I get to influence and spend my days on something that I am passionate about. Oh, and I really like spending time with my colleagues.
I think that our product RETTS is really good and I have a strong belief that it can also be improved and developed in many interesting ways.
I feel that I can contribute in a good way to Predicare finding its true identity and that we grow and spread to more markets. It is also really important to me that what we do truly makes a difference in society.
My choice to work at Predicare comes from the heart. I want to work somewhere meaningful and I want to contribute in saving lives.
I have worked with RETTS in emergency care and genuinely like our product as a decision support system based on my experience as a paramedic. For me personally, I am driven by potential and opportunity and being part of developing the future of healthcare.
I feel very inspired and at home here. There is SO much left to be built and created but since my colleagues are open, kind and genuinely interested in sharing knowledge - it feels like anything is possible, it is only a matter of time.

We do not believe in putting makeup on a pig or neon colored letters on the wall. We are exactly who we say we are, which is amazing in some ways and challenging in others - just like all other companies.

The work we do is crucial. Our product RETTS assists in making quicker and more high quality decisions within emergency care. Many of us have a background, or a career in parallel with Predicare, as paramedics and/or ER nurses.
Our product has been used and well known for several years within emergency care. If you are someone wanting to work with a product that is even a verb - here it is. Most of our users say they will "RETTS:a" their patients. Despite this, we are in many ways still a start-up and have a lot to do still in developing our product and our version of the best possible place to work.
At our company, everyone help solve whatever needs to be solved in order to help eachother out or improve our company. We have our own responsibilities of course, but every single one of us are more than willing to help with whatever else is needed, within our own domain as well as outside of it.
We have earned money from the start and are a profitable company. The fall of 2019 we successfully raised capital with the sole purpose of growing our team and minds and business into Predicare 2.0. For us working here this means that although we are a start-up when it comes to parts of the software and building a great culture - we are not a start-up when it comes to financial risk. Great huh? :)
